By this point in the winter, the thrill of the cold weather is gone and many of us look for ways to exercise indoors. Of course, not all indoor exercise is created equal. Some can be quite limiting, particularly if we don’t have a lot of space or equipment.

If you’ve had it with heading out in the freezing weather, then these may be the best thing for you. Of course, don’t forget to get some fresh air and sunlight now and again, too.
